Alfred G. Perlini, Jr. is the Founder and President of The Perlini Group, LLC., founded over 20 years ago. Al has worked with over 58 different organizations helping drive traffic and create more marketing activity for their business. With over 27+ years of business experience, Al enjoys listening to the customer’s needs, then figuring out an efficient and effective game-plan. The Perlini Group is an Advertising, Business Development, Marketing Communications and Consulting Sales organization.

Al is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia where he was part of the men’s basketball program and earned a B.S. in Marketing.  Upon graduation from St. Joe’s, Al began his career with Eastman Kodak. In early 2000, he was approached to work in The Pennsylvania State House of Representatives as Chief of Staff and after that became a Deputy Director in The Pennsylvania State Senate. After 5 years in the Public Sector, Al returned to the Private Sector as a Corporate Manager with Toll Brothers, Inc. It was after his service with Toll that he launched The Perlini Group and has never looked back. Al’s philosophy is about adapting and evolving based on the economic climate. He often states everything has a life-cycle especially in the business world.  The Perlini Group’s portfolio of clients includes: Advertising Agencies, Architectural Design, Civil Engineering, Government Contractors, Landscape, Non-Profits, Print Houses, Real Estate Development, Restaurant, Retail and Technology organizations

 

Al resides in Bucks County, Pa with his wife, Angela and two children, Gannon and Ally. He is an avid runner and enjoys working out.  He loves photography, scenic landscapes, hiking and walks with the family lab “Gus.” He is active in the Annual Al Perlini, Sr., Memorial Labor Day Soccer Tournament in Ivyland, Pa that bears his late father’s name. During his quiet time, Al loves to listen to Jazz, travel to the beach and all parts of New England, watch professional and minor league baseball, college basketball as well as follow Winter Weather patterns.
